Processing time:

Orders are estimated to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from successful payment processing. 

 

Shipping time:

 

Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-10 business from the date of shipment. 

 

Claims:

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments:

• You must contact us within 3 calendar days following delivery to report any missing or damaged shipments. Images are required for any refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made for damaged shipments. 

• Lost shipments will be credited in full if deemed lost by the carrier. 

 

Returns:

​

Returns must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a remorse or cancellation return:

• The request for return must be received within 3 calendar days of delivery to TheIntuitiveRock@gmail.com. 

• Items must be in 100% condition with no indication of damage visible. Images are required to be submitted to TheIntuitiveRock@gmail.com to confirm the condition of the item. 

• All returning shipments must be wrapped securely with bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard shipping box unless otherwise stated by The Intuitive Rock. 

• All remorse or cancellation returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

• The customer is responsible for the physical return of eligible and approved items. A shipping label will not be provided for cancellation returns. 

• Return approval is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of the email correspondence providing return authorization. If no return tracking is provided by the 14th calendar day from return approval, the return will be voided. 

• Any damaged cancellation returns delivered to The Intuitive Rock are subject to inspection upon arrival and may be denied refund. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier chosen for return. The Intuitive Rock will hold damaged returns for 10 calendar days following delivery for carrier-mandated inspection. 

• Note: Items received incorrectly to the customer will be returned at The Intuitive Rock’s expense. Notification must be received within 3 calendar days following delivery. Images are required to proceed with the shipping discrepancy return. No exceptions will be made to this policy. 

 

Cancellations:

We allow cancellations within 24 calendar hours of the order being placed. Absolutely no orders can be canceled once tracking has been provided.
